Brief

A web-based search tool that should help customers service, and other departments to see in detail item-events and information about parcels and/or letters. The project needs to be segmented between different target groups and customer groups. The tool is critical from a safety and service standard since it’s often used when something is lost.

Current Way of working: Research, testing (prototype and UX copy), user journeys, workshops, cross-functional teamwork.
