How to always stay relevant and wanted

A brief summary

A lot of work I do is not possible to show in a portfolio due to confidentiality. Therefore I would like to give a short explanation about CRM-marketing. I work together with my colleagues towards creating profitability, strengthen customer relations and building loyalty through targeted and measurable communications regardless of channel.

CRM advertising is a business strategy focusing on the customer experience. When you create a memorable customer experience, you’ll have the opportunity to turn a satisfied customer into a loyal customer. To find out more about what the client need we work with customer segmentation. Segmentation is the practice of dividing a customer base into groups of individuals that are similar in specific ways relevant to marketing, such as age, interests and spending habits.

Examples of projects built on CRM-strategy are: communication and strategy in membership clubs, communication to current customer (for example a person that subscribes on a service/product), Omnichannel communication to specific target groups.
