Brief

An app is going to replace paperwork management at the Post Nord terminals across Sweden. The app will serve as a tool to manage scanning points, processes and routines for the value parcel department.

Current Way of working: Testings (qualitative at the terminals and quantitative via Maze), user journeys, workshops, cross-functional teamwork.
